JUHA HAVERINEN HAS BEEN APPOINTED CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Changes to the management team of Mantsinen Group’s Material Handling Machinery business unit.

In September 2022, Juha Haverinen has been appointed as the Chief Operations Officer of the Material Handling Machinery business unit (MHM). In connection with the new appointment, our supply chain process will be reorganized – Juha’s area of responsibility includes the order fulfilment process of material handling machines and attachments, all the way from the reception of sales orders to the shipment. Juha is part of the MHM unit’s management team and he will report to Mia Mantsinen, the director of the business unit.

Mantsinen continues to carry forward its growth strategy. During 2020, Mantsinen completed a major expansion of production facilities in Ylämylly, and is currently investing in a significant renewal of its IT systems. The reorganization of the supply chain process will speed up the productivity and capacity improvements of these investments. Also procurement is an important part to be developed in the supply chain process.

Juha’s comprehensive experience in supply chain management, product management and process and system development at Ponsse Oyj and Kesla Oyj supports the implementation of these strategic goals.

Other members of Material Handling Machine business unit’s management team are Patrick Starck, Sales + Product Management; Vesa Jauhiainen, Services; Simo Huovinen, R&D and Engineering and Janne Pölönen, Finance.
