MANTSINEN GROUP APPOINTS TAPANI KIISKI TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mantsinen Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tapani Kiiski as a new member to the Board of Directors, effective December 13, 2023. This appointment follows the voluntary resignation of current board member Mr. Timo Huttunen

Tapani Kiiski brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Konecranes Oyj (1985-2002) and as the long-standing CEO of Raute Oyj (2002-2022). Currently, he serves on the boards of several different companies.

Tapani’s expertise will be a valuable addition to the board of Mantsinen Group. His deep understanding in customer care and technology development will strongly support Mantsinen in its current stage of development, stated Board Chairman, Olli Isotalo.

Timo Huttunen has been a Mantsinen board member since 2019.

We warmly thank Timo for his contributions to the board. His knowledge and views have valuable perspectives and have truly enriched our discussions, continues Olli Isotalo.

Mantsinen Group’s Board of Directors from December 13, 2023: Olli Isotalo (Chairman), Mikko Mantsinen (Vice Chairman), Tapani Kiiski, Meeri Juutilainen, Mervi Mantsinen, and Mia Mantsinen. Olli and Tapani are independent of the company, while the other members are owners of the company.
